 HOFFER HFDPWG-I CONSTACT VELOCITY TUBE FLOWMETER(图1)1. Introduction:
Hoffer's HFDPWG-I constant velocity tube flowmeter is the use of differential pressure principle of flow measurement instrument. The instrument has the advantages of small size, high degree of digitization, easy installation and accurate measurement.
Compared with the traditional gas flow measurement method, the uniform tube flowmeter has obvious advantages: 1) convenient and accurate measurement. The mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate of the gas can be obtained. 2) High sensitivity, can measure the gas with low flow rate. 3) good seismic performance, long service life. The sensor has no moving parts and is not affected by vibration to the measurement accuracy.

♦ It can measure a wide range of fluids: suitable for all kinds of gas media
♦ It can measure mass flow and standard volume flow
♦ Wide range: can measure 4Nm/s ~ 50Nm/s, can measure very low velocity and small flow, can measure low pressure gas flow
♦ The sensor structure is easy to clean and disinfect, which is more suitable for hygienic measurement
♦ High accuracy: ±1.0%, ±1.5%, ±2.0%
♦ Digital design: the whole digital circuit measurement, accurate measurement, easy maintenance
♦ Using RS-485 communication, or HART communication, can realize factory automation, integration
♦ High identification standard: 8.3 identification standard, NIST traceability verification certificate
♦ Explosion-proof technology is adopted to ensure the safety of the instrument
♦ Easy installation and maintenance: it can be installed and maintained without stopping production if the site conditions permit
