1. Introduction
HFDPWG type balance measuring station is mainly used for more complex fluid environment and variable fluid medium measurement. HFDPWG balance measuring station adopts the isolation mode of front and rear balance elements in the guide pipe. As the fluid passes through the balancing element, an immediate pressure drop is created downstream. The differential pressure (micro-differential pressure) sensor is used to measure the pressure difference between the upper and the lower reaches of the balance element, and the Bernoulli equation and the law of conservation of energy are used to calculate the media flow data.
HFDPWG type balance measuring station is composed of six parts: balance flow sensor, differential pressure transmitter, flow computer, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor and special instrument box. Compared with the traditional energy meter measurement method,
