HOFFER-HFE61F-H-B ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOWMETER MOUNTED WITH PRE(图1)1. Introduction
    HFE61F - H plug-in electromagnetic flow meter, electromagnetic flow switch (hereinafter referred to as HFE61F - H) design selection and installation instructions to guide users to correct selection, installation, operation and maintenance of this product, and the product of form a complete set of MAG - HFE61F electromagnetic flow converter (hereinafter referred to as MAG - HFE61F) installation, maintenance, operation and programming as MAG - HFE61F electromagnetic flow converter operation instruction.

 2.Application
    HFE61F-H is used to measure the volume flow of conductive fluid in closed pipelines. It is suitable for the flow measurement and control in the production process of petrochemical industry, iron and steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, irrigation, water treatment, environmental protection sewage total control, paper making, medicine, food and other industrial and agricultural departments.
    HFE61F-H is suitable for DN50~DN8000 pipelines, which can be used to measure and monitor the flow rate or flow rate of the fluid medium with the conductivity of no less than 20 μs /cm. The measurement of HFe61F-H is not affected by the change of fluid pressure, temperature, density and viscosity, and can also be measured with a small amount of solid particles or bubbles.

3.Characteristics
◆ Simple structure, reliable operation, easy debugging and maintenance.
◆ Compared with the conventional pipe flowmeter, the one-time input cost is low and the installation cost is less.
◆ On-line pluggable installation type can be installed and disassembled conveniently without stopping water under low pressure or with pressure.
◆ Simple installation in the existing pipeline, very suitable for the existing pipeline to increase the flow measurement and monitoring point.
◆ The measurement accuracy is not affected by the temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, conductivity (conductivity is greater than 20 μs /cm) of the medium to be measured.
◆ The sensor has almost no pressure loss and very low energy loss.
◆ Especially suitable for large and medium diameter pipeline flow measurement and control.
◆ Adopt advanced low frequency square wave excitation, stable zero point, strong anti-interference ability and reliable operation.
◆ The flow measurement range is wide, the full flow velocity in the measured pipe can be set arbitrarily from 0.5m/s to 10m/s, and the output signal is linear with the flow.
