1. Introduction:
Hoffer's HFSONIC flowmeter is a kind of time difference ultrasonic flowmeter, flow sensor to measure the rate of liquid, ultrasonic transmitter allows users to easily program flow data, so as to achieve field debugging and application communication function.
HFSONIC is available in "wall mount" and "plate mount". The split-type ultrasonic flowmeter establishes a wireless communication network through remote communication, and the coverage range can reach 1000 meters. The close range within the base station can be transmitted anywhere using a base station communication bus with a frequency of 928MHz, or using Modbus RS-485. HFSonic can be selected for IP65, and the sensor components are suitable for use in wet environments or underground mining.
Compared with the traditional flow measurement method, ultrasonic flowmeter has obvious advantages: 1) ultrasonic flowmeter in the fluid flow through the pipeline without obstruction and moving parts, thus high reliability, long service life, daily maintenance is small. 2) Its volumetric flow measurement accuracy is high and repeatability is good. It can directly measure the volumetric flow of the fluid with high accuracy within a relatively large range ratio. 3) The ultrasonic flowmeter can measure a wide range of medium types, in addition to the general viscosity of liquid can be measured, but also can measure a variety of high viscosity, non-Newtonian fluid.
At present, HFSONIC ultrasonic flowmeter is widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, food and energy industries. In the process of testing and trade handover measurement and other occasions is often used to choose the flow meter.
