1. Introduction:
HF tuning fork level meter is a new type of liquid level limit switch. The tuning fork of the tuning fork material switch vibrates by the crystal excitation. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid, the vibration frequency changes.
"Tuning fork level limit switch" is also known as the "electric float", where the use of floating ball limit switch and because of structure, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, vibration and other reasons can not use the float ball level switch occasions can use "tuning fork level limit switch".

2. Technical features:
♦ Adaptability - different electrical parameters and density of the measured material have no effect on the measurement. Scaling, agitation, turbulence, air bubbles, vibration, medium viscosity, high temperature, high pressure and other bad conditions have no effect on the detection.
♦ Maintenance free - Because the detection process of tuning fork limit switch is completed by electronic circuit, no moving parts, so once installed and put into operation, there is no need for maintenance.
♦ No need to adjust - Because the tuning fork limit switch detection is not affected by the electric parameters and density of the medium to be measured, so no matter what liquid is measured, there is no need to adjust on site
